Midnight Tribute

Once upon a time

Ladies escaped  by midnight

Shattered melodies

Lips and cigarettes aligned

Ashes reflected moonlight

While dark breeze touched skin

And fervent tears hewed within

Beautiful smiles hide scars

And pretty faces painted lies

Of life and death they speak

Of sculpted hearts they seek

Here comes soul aches again

As words were unleashed

And promises refused to speak

Here comes bladeless rains

When life is chained

And bodies are drained

As hearts became locked

And Eyes are beautifully blocked

Here comes their shinning skin

When eyes lust sins

And voices scream within

What is life and What is death?

If living chained is destined

And violently meant

With a dark bottle of wine

Spirits kissed after midnight
